General Information

Any access or use of Betterbettergiftshop.com signifies your consent to the following policies, terms and conditions. Prior to taking any legal action or raising any external dispute, please contact us at Better directly and notify us of the nature of your issue with the view of reaching a mutually agreeable solution.

Orders 

All Canadian orders are subject to GST (5% tax) and applicable provincial taxes. Provincial taxes are assessed based on the shipping address of your order. For international orders placed with Better Gift Shop, your order may also be subject to import duties and/or taxes. Better Gift Shop is not responsible for any charges incurred from customs, duties, or taxes. Any additional charges for customs clearance are beyond our control, and we cannot predict the value of these charges. For further information on customs and excise tax policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.

Once an order is submitted, Better Gift Shop is not responsible for ensuring it can be modified or canceled prior to shipment. Bulk orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. If an order is abandoned, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee. For In-Store Pickup orders, cancellation requests must be received before the customer is contacted for pickup.

Better Gift Shop offers secure payment processing options for all orders. You may choose to check out using PayPal, a trusted internet payment processor. When checking out with PayPal or through PayPal Express Checkout, all personal and credit card information is transmitted through PayPal’s secure connection

Release Product” Policy

All orders for “Release Product” from Better Gift Shop are final sale. Purchases are limited to one item per order, per release. Multiple orders of the same release product by the same customer are subject to cancellation, as well as orders containing more than one item per release. No modifications, cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances once an order is submitted.

Certain Release Products may not be eligible for “In-Store Pickup” and/or specific promotions or discount codes. All online orders will incur shipping charges. Any product falling within this policy will be clearly indicated on the individual product page. Please note that orders may take up to three (3) business days to process.

In the event of a Release Product order being returned to sender due to an incomplete, invalid address, or refusal upon delivery, the customer will be contacted immediately, and a postage fee will be applied for the cost of re-shipping—no exceptions. If the customer cannot be contacted or chooses not to pay the required re-shipping fee, Better Gift Shop reserves the right to consider the order abandoned and apply a 25% restocking fee toward the store credit issued


Returns and Exchanges

Better Gift Shop will accept any non-“Release Product” items for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receipt (or within 7 days of being contacted for an In-Store Pickup).We do not offer refunds. Items being returned must be in unworn condition with attached tags and packaging.

We do not provide price adjustments and cannot apply promotions retroactively. In the event that a limited-edition or specialty item order is returned to the sender due to an incomplete, invalid address, or refusal upon delivery, the customer will be contacted immediately. A postage fee will be applied for the cost of re-shipping—no exceptions.

If the customer cannot be contacted or chooses not to pay the required re-shipping fee, Better Gift Shop reserves the right to consider the order abandoned and apply a 25% restocking fee toward the store credit issued.

Better Gift Shop does not assume responsibility for loss or damage of returned goods while they are in transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the return item(s) are packaged securely and delivered in their original purchased condition.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the Better Gift Shop website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Return Policy.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products as they appear online or in-store. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be entirely accurate.

Better Gift Shop reserves the right, but is not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any individual, geographic region, or jurisdiction. This right may be exercised on a case-by-case basis. We also reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products, product pricing, or availability are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for products or services on our website is void where prohibited.

Shipping costs are not included in the listed prices of our products. Shipping fees are determined by the shipping address, method, and the total value of the order. In some cases, due to the size or weight of certain item(s), additional shipping charges may apply. Customers will be notified via email if this applies to their order and will be required to pay the additional shipping and handling fees. Better Gift Shop reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee if an order is abandoned or returned to sender.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other materials purchased or obtained through Better Gift Shop.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
